Job Description
- Data Management, System and document data entry
- Communicate (writing and verbal) and job follow up with labs, suppliers and customer
- Job assigned by client and manager
- Work with and report on data, spreadsheets and status of client work being done throughout UL Retail and Consumer Products fulfillment locations and client' systems.
- Perform UL and client systems data entry and extraction as well as participate in process automation projects.
- Coordinate and compile client deliverables.
- Manage updates and dissemination of client documents, processes and related information in accordance with established governance and quality control principles.
- Perform data and submission monitoring, tracking, scheduling, analysis etc.
- as requested by direct line manager / client
- Perform administrative maintenance and portal management for a variety of UL or client systems and databases as needed.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Product and Sample handling

Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent
- Will also consider if candidate with lab or relevant working experiences but below associate degree
- Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, MS Word and familiar to use Excel
- Hardworking and good attitude
