Analyse workflows and identify improvement opportunities using lean tools
Support quality audits, metrics analysis, and corrective actions
Assist with lab upkeep, 5S, and equipment calibration
Prepare and present actionable reports to drive process changes
Qualifications/Experience Required
Undergraduate or Master’s student in an analytical science discipline
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfortable in a lab environment with attention to safety
Some experience of ICP-OES analysis
