What You’ll Do:
- Execute trades across global futures markets using both systematic and discretionary approaches
- Monitor positions and risk in real-time using proprietary tools and frameworks
- Develop market insight through research, data analysis, and hypothesis testing
- Partner with senior traders to refine strategies and improve execution
- Analyze historical and live market data to identify patterns and opportunities
- Support trading operations including reconciliation, reporting, and model adjustments
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, brokers, and exchanges
- Contribute to a fast-moving, team-oriented trading floor environment

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (quantitative or analytical field preferred)
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Chicago area
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Exposure to futures, derivatives, or financial markets
- Familiarity with statistics and probability concepts
- Experience with Python, SQL, or data analysis tools
Work Environment
- In-office, team-based trading
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including overnight shifts aligned with global markets
