Le Bon Nosh

Atlanta Metropolitan Area

Description

About Le Bon Nosh

Le Bon Nosh is a restaurant, market, and wine bar in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood. Founded by Chef Forough Vakili, our work is rooted in the belief that good food has the power to nourish both body and community.

Our seasonal, French-influenced menus celebrate the integrity of thoughtfully sourced ingredients while supporting local farmers, responsible producers, and a more transparent food system. Throughout the day, Le Bon Nosh moves between a neighborhood café and market, full-service dining, an extensive French wine program, private gatherings, and original experiences ranging from cooking classes and tastings to collaborative dinners and brand activations.

We seek to operate with clarity, efficiency, and high morale, keeping one another accountable across departments. As Le Bon Nosh enters its next phase of growth, we are looking for a multidisciplinary marketer who can strengthen local awareness, translate our values into compelling brand experiences, and turn audience interest into meaningful business growth.

This is not simply a social media position. It is a hands-on role for someone who can turn ideas into campaigns and campaigns into experiences.

Responsibilities

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will:

  • Uphold the Le Bon Nosh brand across external communications and guest-facing touchpoints
  • Support and execute marketing initiatives that increase local awareness and drive engagement with the restaurant
  • Manage monthly content calendars across social media, email, web, and in-restaurant communications
  • Write and edit copy for newsletters, social media, event promotions, web updates, press materials, and partner campaigns
  • Film, photograph, edit, and publish high-quality brand content
  • Partner with the Events Manager to promote and support public and private events
  • Coordinate brand partnerships, influencer relationships, creator collaborations, and select press opportunities
  • Build relationships with local organizations, hospitality partners, and community contacts who can expand awareness and generate new business
  • Maintain accurate information across the website, reservation platforms, event pages, and third-party listings
  • Monitor OpenTable and internal systems to track reservations, event sales, private dining inquiries, and campaign performance
  • Grow and engage the restaurant’s email audience
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new audiences and opportunities
  • Maintain campaign timelines, internal calendars, and brand assets using Asana and Google Workspace
  • Support marketing reports that connect campaign activity to business outcomes
  • Work across ownership, culinary, service, and events teams to keep campaigns and programming aligned
  • Attend select events, shoots, and services to capture content and support on-site execution
  • Contribute to guest-facing brand decisions, including music and other atmospheric details

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, Hospitality, or equivalent professional experience
  • Three to five years of experience in marketing, hospitality, brand development, content production, communications, or a related field
  • Experience within hospitality, food and beverage, lifestyle, luxury, fashion, or another experience-driven industry strongly preferred
  • Background in photography, videography, graphic design, or multimedia content production
  • A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, aesthetic awareness, digital media literacy, and high craft standards
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with exceptional command of grammar and the ability to adapt language across platforms and audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, and at times competing, priorities while remaining organized and meeting consistent deadlines
  • Experience developing campaigns that support measurable business objectives without relying solely on social media engagement
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, email marketing, audience development, and basic performance analytics
  • Experience managing brand partnerships, creators, press relationships, vendors, or external collaborators
  • Strong project-management skills
  • Confidence communicating with senior leadership, external partners, guests, and members of the press
  • Strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to identify what needs attention without waiting for detailed direction
  • A thoughtful understanding of hospitality and the relationship between brand presentation and the guest experience
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Squarespace, and social scheduling platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with OpenTable, reservation reporting, website analytics, Meta Business Suite, or comparable tools preferred
  • Availability to work on-site and attend select evening or weekend events as programming requires
