Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative mid-level Brand Manager to bring brand and campaign strategies to life across digital, retail trade, and experiential channels. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution with the ability to translate brand strategy and own campaigns from concept to execution.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role collaborates closely with CRM, Design, Buying, Retail Operations, Social Media teams and brand partners to deliver a seamless omni-channel brand experience that builds both brand and product awareness, drives customer engagement, and strengthens brand equity.

Key responsibilities:

Brand strategy, planning and execution

  • Support the development of the annual brand strategy in line with overall business and commercial objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals, seasonal priorities, partner launches, and key product and promotional moments.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to manage the brand portfolio, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Translate brand vision and strategy into a clear, cohesive omnichannel brand experience across retail and digital environments.
  • Monitor competitor activity and consumer trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Brand and Marketing Management

  • Alongside the Senior Brand Manager, develop and own the annual brand campaign calendar
  • Translate brand strategy into actionable marketing and campaign plans that deliver both short-term commercial results, long-term brand growth and cohesive brand experiences
  • Lead end-to-end integrated campaign planning, execution, and optimisation of brand and retail campaigns across digital, in-store, and experiential channels.
  • Coordinate and manage launches with brand partners, agencies, and cross‑functional teams, providing support with marketing strategies, promotional plans, and merchandising guidance.
  • As the brand steward, safeguard brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of brand assets, tone, and visual language
  • Ensure the brand is consistently and effectively represented across all touchpoints, maintaining consistency in brand identity, messaging, and positioning - from store visuals and merchandising to digital platforms and brand communications.

Cross functional collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders: CRM, Design, Buying, Retail Operations, VM, Social Media and external brand partners to drive brand initiatives and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with buying teams to align product assortment and launches with brand campaign calendar.
  • Manage agencies and suppliers to ensure quality execution

Administration & Coordination

  • Provide administrative support for marketing (e.g., briefing, tracking deliverables, budget tracking, content approvals)
  • Maintain master brand documents (marketing calendars, campaign decks, battleplans, and control docs) across online and in-store campaigns.

Budget & ROI Management

  • Manage the brand budget efficiently.
  • Prepare monthly packs reporting on insights, marketing and product trends, marketing ROI, brand equity growth, and campaign effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements and Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–5 years’ experience in a brand or marketing role.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel marketing (digital + retail).
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with campaign/project management tools and reporting processes preferred.
  • An understanding of business and creative suites, ie Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Excel/Sheets essential) and design programmes like Adobe.
  • Solid understanding of brand management, social media platforms and digital campaign workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead campaigns independently
  • Affinity for fashion, culture, and customer engagement.
