Customer Success Manager

About the Organization

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing international organization seeking a professional with a background in accounting or audit. The company develops innovative AI-driven solutions that help organizations streamline and optimize their audit and finance processes and is trusted by leading firms around the world.

The Role

In this position, you will combine your audit expertise with technology and client engagement. You will support customers after implementation, advise stakeholders such as Audit Partners, Managers, and Finance Directors, and ensure they achieve maximum value from the platform.

You will identify customer needs, guide adoption and change management initiatives, deliver training sessions and act as a trusted advisor. In addition, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements and growth opportunities.

What you bring

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance.
• Strong communication and consulting skills.
• Interest in technology, digital transformation, and AI.
• Additional language skills are considered a plus.
