Position: Food Delivery App User Tester
Type: Contract
Compensation: $10 - $30/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Leverage an active food delivery app account and order history to provide realistic user data and scenarios.
- Generate authentic search intents and document user journeys on grocery and food delivery platforms.
- Evaluate, annotate, and provide feedback on the relevance of search results and app recommendations.
- Document thought processes and reasoning with clear, well-written explanations in English.
- Collaborate remotely with the customer s team to support ongoing AI training initiatives.
- Identify usability issues, suggest improvements, and flag inconsistencies across different platforms.
Requirements
- Be active users of food delivery apps with documented order history and not be restaurant owners or drivers.
- Have strong familiarity with restaurant discovery and food delivery ecosystems.
- Be able to create realistic search intents and accurately evaluate search result relevance.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and detail.
- Be proficient in using smartphones or desktops with food delivery apps installed.
