Training Brief:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tamheer Trainee to support business operations, reporting activities, document management, and administrative coordination. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in process coordination, reporting, and digital workflow support while working closely with cross-functional teams
.Key Responsibilities
- :Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and progress tracking updates
- .Support document management, filing, and record maintenance activities
- .Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, and document meeting outcomes
- .Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth workflow execution
- .Assist in monitoring tasks, follow-ups, and action items across stakeholders
- .Contribute to process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization activities
- .Support the use of digital systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency
.Qualifications
- :Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (IS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- .Eligible for the Tamheer Program
.Technical Skills
- :Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- .Knowledge of reporting preparation and progress tracking
- .Understanding of document management and coordination practices
- .Basic understanding of digital systems and workflow optimization is preferred
