We focus on the intersection of pop, electronic, and forward-thinking sound, while reshaping the traditional label dynamic through fair, transparent, and innovative deal structures that empower artists rather than restrict them.

  • Manage accounts payable (processing supplier invoices and payments) and accounts receivable (generating customer invoices, monitoring outstanding payments, and chasing overdue accounts).
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial records match bank statements and identify any discrepancies.

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the finance team as required.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities by providing up-to-date financial data.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Dext,ApprovalMax, Hubdoc) Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Why This Role Matters

Cloudworks isn't just releasing music—we're building a new framework for the music industry. As Bookkeeper, your financial workflows and precision will directly impact how promptly, transparently, and fairly our artists are paid. By establishing a world-class financial foundation, you will play a critical role in proving that an ethical, innovative, and artist-first music company can scale globally.

This is a rare chance to join at the foundation of a label that intends to lead the future of music, not follow it.
