The company is experiencing explosive growth, recently raising a $15M Series A and nearly 4x-ing their ARR since the beginning of the year. They have a ~190% net revenue retention rate and are initially targeting the massive vertical SaaS market.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product-Minded Full-Stack Engineer to join the core team in NYC. Having recently rebuilt their architecture to support heavy, large-scale data movement workloads, the company has a deep backlog of challenging problems in durability, workflow optimization, security, and massive data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Own features entirely across frontend, backend, infrastructure, performance, and security.
• Customer Interaction: Sit with customers to identify their needs and directly impact the product roadmap.
• AI Integration: Utilize modern AI and agentic workflows heavily while taking full accountability for everything you ship.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 4-5+ years of solid software engineering experience (the team average is 6-8 years).
• Full-Stack Independence: Truly full-stack capabilities, able to independently handle a product slice from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in (or ability to ramp up fast on): React, Tailwind, TypeScript (Frontend) and Remix / TypeScript (Backend).
• Cloud & Infra: Hands-on experience with AWS and Cloudflare.

Bonus Skills

• Prior experience with large-scale data movement, migrations, or systems-of-record integrations.
• High comfort level working in an AI-/agent-heavy development environment.

Logistics & Compensation

• Location: New York City (Union Square area). This is a strict 5 days/week in-person role—no exceptions.
• Compensation: $150K – $215K base salary + meaningful equity + generous health insurance.
