We’re looking for a commercially driven Digital Business Marketing Manager to strengthen Savills Portugal’s digital presence and drive measurable business impact through digital channels, platforms and technologies.

With a strong presence in the Portuguese market and part of a global real estate leader, Savills continues to evolve how it leverages digital — positioning it as a key driver of visibility, engagement and commercial growth, bridging business needs with effective digital solutions.

Location: Lisbon or Porto

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the main digital partner for business lines, identifying opportunities to drive visibility and business growth.
  • Translate business needs into effective digital strategies, content and solutions.
  • Manage and continuously optimise Savills’ digital ecosystem, with strong focus on website performance, content governance and user journeys.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy and optimisation of content across the website, CRM and property portals, maximising visibility and lead generation.
  • Improve digital journeys, user experience and conversion across channels.
  • Strengthen SEO, online visibility and lead generation initiatives.
  • Coordinate digital presence across property portals, listings and third-party platforms, ensuring strong online exposure of services, properties and developments.
  • Monitor performance and provide insights to support data-driven decision making.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to improve lead management, client engagement and conversion.
  • Drive the adoption of AI, automation and marketing technologies.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Technology or a related discipline.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, websites, SEO, content optimisation and online visibility.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, analytics tools and digital reporting.
  • Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, property portals and lead generation ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Interest in AI, automation and emerging digital technologies.
  • Fluent Portuguese and advanced professional English.
