At Laerdal Medical, we’re looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join a cross-functional product team working on solutions used by healthcare professionals around the world.
About the role
You will be part of a product trio together with a Product Manager and Design Lead, working closely with a team of skilled software engineers. Together, you’ll shape and improve our Fleet Management product - a critical platform that enables scaling of CPR training globally.
This is a role where you stay close to the technology while also taking responsibility for people leadership. You’ll support your team’s growth, create clarity and innovation, and contribute technically.
The systems you help build and run support tens of thousands of CPR stations, used by millions of healthcare professionals worldwide.
