CoFee is a fintech platform developed by KeyValue that helps educational institutions including dance academies, sports academies, tuition centres, play schools, coaching centres, and schools streamline their fee collection. Our platform offers automated payment reminders, WhatsApp-based payment links, and seamless integration with payment gateways enabling direct settlement to institution accounts.

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support our growing CoFee team for a 6 -month internship. The intern will be responsible for lead generation, presales outreach, and connecting with potential institutions to introduce the CoFee platform.

What you will do:

  • Identify and generate potential leads such as schools, colleges, and educational institutions that could benefit from CoFee
  • Conduct presales calls and outreach to introduce the CoFee platform
  • Explain the basic product value and features to prospective customers
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools
  • Schedule product demos or follow-up calls with the business team
  • Support the team in building a strong pipeline of prospective customers
  • Track interactions and ensure timely follow-ups with leads

What makes you a great fit:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English
  • Interest in sales, business development, or customer interaction
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Confidence to make calls and speak with potential customers
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a startup environment
