Talent Centric is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative Operation Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and run the daily administration for a reputed educational
institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule classes for PGD (6 months), short courses (2 months), and workshops (1 day).
- Ensure classrooms (physical or virtual) are booked as per requirements and ready.
- Monitor if faculty are completing the curriculum on time.
- Schedule exams, collect answer scripts, manage grading processes.
- Confirm faculty availability, manage substitutes or arrangements.
- Keep documentation for daily/weekly attendance for all programs.
- Coordinates to send class reminders, exam notices, result updates via email/WhatsApp.
- Record and address student complaints related to schedule, faculty, or facilities.
- Manage enrollment of fresh graduates, interns, entrepreneurs, executives, etc, according to their categories.
- Ensure participants have access to their required tools & materials according to their selected program.
- Coordinate with the trainer/instructor for their workshop or their courses.
- Consulate to Business Development department and organize a small get together event for Certificate Handouts.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for the Institute and report to the Managing Director.
- Record feedback, attendance, fees structures and Maintain digital and physical files for all enrolled students.
- Prepare and distribute certificates after course completion if any of the candidates missed the Ceremony.
Reporting to Management
- Oversee PI HR and ensure employee performance according to
- their attendance and performance deliveries.
- Compare courses by candidate attendance, revenue collected & scholarship/aid and evaluate it to see the course attractiveness.
- Monitor P&L statement, Cashflow statement & Petty cash and keep the record.
- Keep record of the content created and oversee the deliveries in our marketing & social media platform such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Email & LinkedIn.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or English. Master's degree/MBA holders will have additional benefits.
- Candidates must be Fluent in English and Bengali and able to type & write in both languages.
- 5+ years experience in course coordination or academic administration from a reputed organization.
- Experience with PGD programs or corporate training is an added advantage.
- Must have through knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel), Email, Zoom/Google Meet.
- Must be proficient with AI tools & Presentation.
- Candidates should be organized, proactive and be good communicators.

Compensation & Benefits
