Join us to shape and scale the future of AI across the business as our AI Applications Lead, where you will own and drive the end-to-end AI applications portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategy and delivering measurable value. You will be responsible for managing AI products and solutions as long-term capabilities rather than one-off projects, leading the delivery of AI applications and integrations across functions. This includes driving agentic AI and automation initiatives, overseeing AI platforms and MCP orchestration, and managing the full lifecycle of AI projects and products from ideation through to deployment and continuous optimisation. As the function grows, you will also have the opportunity to build and lead a team of AI project and product managers, playing a key role in embedding AI at scale across the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own AI products and solutions as ongoing capabilities, not just one-off projects.

• Overall AI project and product management
• Will eventually manage a team of AI project and product managers

REQUIREMENTS

• Education, Relevant Work Experience and/or other Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
• Master’s degree (e.g. AI, Data Science, Technology Management, MBA) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in IT / digital application delivery
• 8+ year team and project / product management
• 5+ years of AI application, AI Platform or core business applications AI capabilities integration experience
• Professional Qualification / Licence
• Strong PMP / Agile delivery discipline
• Recognised cloud platform certification

Strong advantage:

• Azure AI Engineer Associate
• AWS Machine Learning Specialty
• Certified AI Engineer / equivalent
• Agile / Scrum certifications (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP)
• Product-related certifications (e.g. Certified Product Owner / Product Manager)
