Define the "Future State" by bridging the gap between complex clinical/business needs and technical execution.
Conduct solution evaluation together with technical team & vendors.
Own, prioritize, and groom the product backlog. Make hard calls on "must-haves" vs. "nice-to-haves" to ensure the team is always working on the highest-value tasks.
Lead the elicitation and documentation of business needs i.e clear Customer Journey Mapping and Business Process Modeling.
Drive SIT and UAT execution and ensure the final solution meets the "Definition of Done" and delivers the intended business value.
Act as the main point of truth for stakeholders. Communicate progress through data and metrics, not just status reports.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and risks and able to implement immediate corrective actions to keep the delivery engine moving.
Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant qualification in Product Management /Owner.
At least 8 years of working experience in digital solution or software projects with 3-5 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or a Product Owner.
Digital savvy, with a customer mindset for innovative digital products to solve unmet customer needs or problems, and create business value.
Expert-level proficiency in Customer Journey Mapping, Empathy Mapping, and Business Process Modeling.
Deep experience in Agile/Scrum environments. You should be comfortable leading retrospectives and sprints without hand-holding.
(Preferred) Experience in Mobile or Web digital products within a healthcare or high-compliance environment.
