What You'll Do
- Analyze growth campaigns to evaluate performance and identify improvement areas
- Monitor user behavior across segments to derive actionable insights
- Build and maintain audience segments for growth and CRM initiatives
- Build queries and perform analyses using SQL
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key growth metrics
- Leverage AI tools to improve analysis, automation, and operational efficiency
- Translate data into clear recommendations and business actions
- Utilize tools such as Mixpanel and QlikSense in daily operations
- Support data-driven decision making through analysis and reporting
- Analyze A/B test results and provide data-driven recommendations
What You'll Bring
- 0-2+ years of experience in business management, marketing, growth, or related fields (banking or fintech experience is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields preferred
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, analysis, reporting, and data validation
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve analysis, automation, or business processes is a strong plus
- Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as QlikSense, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude is a plus
