Evotrex is redefining the outdoor experience with free, limitless, and tech-driven off-grid solutions. We are seeking an After-Sales Service Manager to build our service network from the ground up and deliver an exceptional customer experience to passionate RV and outdoor enthusiasts.
Key Responsibility:
- Responsible for the standardization and iteration of services within the designated region, including the establishment and continuous optimization of standards for service network, service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service costs;
- Responsible for the construction of the service network within the region, covering chassis service network, traditional RV service network, and the construction and management of service center, including network layout, network management, and local spare parts support;
- Responsible for the local service operation management within the region, including the management and continuous optimization of various modules such as customer service, repair, outlets, and spare parts;
- Responsible for handling and closing the loop on major incidents within the region, planning and implementing aftermarket activities, and continuously improving customer satisfaction;
- Develop and implement local service strategy according to different stages of market development and continuously optimize;
Qualification:
- 10+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in a regional service position at an OEM or dealership (after-sales, customer service, etc.) is a must;
- Possesses rapid learning ability and conflict management skills, meticulous logical thinking, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Possesses strong service skills, teamwork spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility; able to adapt to a high-intensity work pace.
