About The Role And Opportunity On Offer -

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Condabri site and as part of the Drilling and Completions team. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring warehousing and distribution activities are delivered safely, efficiently and accurately, while driving a strong culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.

As a key leader, you will inspire and develop a multi-skilled team, champion safety and quality, and ensure high service standards for our customers.

Key Responsibilities And Duties – But Not Limited To –

  • Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.
  • Supervise, coach and develop team members to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  • Plan and prioritise workloads to optimise productivity and performance.
  • Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and stock accuracy.
  • Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement and provide regular feedback.
  • Manage incidents, stakeholder communication and compliance with operational procedures including load restraint and dangerous goods handling.

What We Are Looking For To Drive Success –

  • Proven experience in warehouse or logistics supervision.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams and promoting a safety-first culture.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain, warehousing and inventory practices.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of C.O.R and load restraint requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
