Monjasa is looking for a Trader to join our Panama Physical Trading Team, one of the company's key commercial hubs in the Americas.

What you will do
- Develop and manage customer and supplier relationships.
- Negotiate prices and commercial agreements.
- Execute daily bunker trading activities.
- Coordinate deliveries with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow your trading portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Monjasa's global network.
What you bring
- A strong commercial mindset and passion for sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Interest in shipping, energy, trading, or international business.
- A proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Fluent English (Spanish is a strong advantage).
- Around 2+ years of experience in sales, trading, shipping, logistics, or another commercial role.
