We are now looking for a Sales Manager, Renewable Energy and Data Centers to join our sales organization in Glen Burnie, Maryland, US.

About the role

You will be responsible for developing and executing a focused sales strategy within the Renewable Energy and Data Center industries. You will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and positioning Fibox as a preferred partner within these strategic market segments.

You will work closely with sales teams, marketing, product management, operations, customer service, and executive leadership to ensure the successful implementation of our vertical growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a vertical-specific sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue high-value target accounts within the Renewable Energy and Data Center industries.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Expand existing customer relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and solution-based selling.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for the assigned verticals.
  • Partner with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and messaging.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and customer service teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
  • Provide regular updates on business performance, opportunities, and risks.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive B2B sales experience, preferably in a vertical or solution-based sales model.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and strategic selling methodologies.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, electrical, industrial, distribution, or related B2B sectors is considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and cultures in an international environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40%).
