Tasks
- Model and visualize processes across various functional areas using the appropriate process modeling tools, in alignment with the Process Excellence methodology
- Manage and update documentation within the integrated document management system (DMS)
- Support the continuous improvement of existing processes in close collaboration with the respective Process Architect, responsible Process Owner
- Support technical operation of the application (e.g. assignment of authorizations, performing changes technically, administration of application

Requirements
- A university degree or relevant professional experience in business administration, economics, international business, process management, or industrial engineering
- Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- A precise, structured, and detail-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, along with a proactive, creative, and highly engaged mindset
- A sense of ownership, with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; experience with process management tools (e.g., ARIS) is an advantage
- Strong teamwork skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel internationally from time to time
