We are seeking a highly driven, data-oriented Field Marketing Manager to lead US field marketing efforts and drive measurable pipeline growth across North America. This is a critical role focused on connecting field programs directly to pipeline impact, ensuring strong alignment between marketing, sales, and BDR teams.

This is not a logistics-only role. We are looking for a field marketing owner who can lead the full lifecycle of field programs, including event strategy, messaging continuity, execution, and post-event conversion into pipeline.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of field programs, from strategy and planning through execution, onsite delivery, follow-up, and pipeline conversion. You will play a key role in how Druid shows up in the US market, ensuring consistency of narrative, strong execution quality, and measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do at Druid AI

Field Marketing Strategy and Sales Alignment

  • Develop and execute integrated field marketing programs aligned with US sales priorities and pipeline goals.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership and BDR teams to define engagement strategies and support pipeline creation and acceleration.
  • Ensure tight alignment between field marketing activities and sales execution, including structured follow-up processes and clear conversion pathways.

Events and Field Programs

  • Own the strategy and execution of field programs including executive dinners, roundtables, trade shows, and third-party conferences.
  • Lead end-to-end event execution including pre-event planning, messaging and content alignment, onsite delivery, and post-event follow-up.
  • Ensure every event has a clear narrative, consistent messaging, and a defined path to pipeline conversion.
  • Design and execute post-event follow-up programs in partnership with sales and BDR teams to maximize conversion and pipeline impact.
  • Ensure strong execution discipline across logistics, vendor management, and onsite experience to deliver high-quality field programs.

Messaging, Narrative, and Market Presence

  • Own messaging continuity across field programs to ensure a consistent Druid narrative in the US market.
  • Reinforce key product positioning and market differentiation through all field activities.
  • Continuously refine messaging based on field feedback, customer interactions, and sales input.

Performance and Pipeline Impact

  • Track and report on field marketing effectiveness with a strong focus on pipeline contribution and revenue impact.
  • Monitor key metrics including pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, conversion rates, and event ROI.
  • Work with sales and BDR teams to ensure proper tracking, follow-up, and attribution of field-generated opportunities.
  • Use CRM and marketing data to evaluate performance and continuously improve program effectiveness.
  • Support forecasting and budget allocation decisions based on pipeline outcomes and ROI.

What you’ll bring to Druid AI

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of field marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of owning and executing field programs that drive pipeline impact end-to-end.
  • Strong experience partnering closely with sales and BDR teams to convert field activity into qualified opportunities.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple high-impact programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who can operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in conversational AI or agentic AI markets is a strong plus.
