Purpose of the Role:
Contribute to the sales performance of the IKA portfolio at Stellantis by supporting the European International Key Account Managers (IKAMs) and ensuring cross-functional missions related to business development, commercial coordination, and data management.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the technical coordination of the commercial animation process for the IKA portfolio, including performance incentive management.
- Organize and coordinate account reviews with importers to support the commercial development of the IKA portfolio within this scope.
- Support IKAMs in managing responses to international tenders involving importers.
1) B2B Development Coordination
- Coordinate the B2B commercial development plan for the IKA portfolio with 5 European importers.
2) Tender Support
- Support IKAMs in managing tenders involving importer countries.
- Collect, centralize, and ensure the reliability of the commercial conditions required for tender submissions.
- Ensure deadlines are met and that all information provided is accurate and consistent.
3) Data Management & Reporting
- Prepare monitoring tools, dashboards, and commercial reports.
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and consistency of commercial data used by the team.
- Structure and consolidate the data required for organizing IKA Reviews.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of management tools, reporting, and commercial processes.
Our requirements:
- Master’s degree in International Business, Management, Business Development, or equivalent.
- Previous commercial experience and exposure to an international environment would be appreciated.
- C1 level in English.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze and structure commercial data.
- Comfortable in coordinating cross-functional and international topics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
