Vietnam
Would you like to be a part of an expanding Swedish company offering excellent opportunities and good benefits? We’re growing our team in Vietnam and looking for a smart, curious person to bring a sharp human eye to the quality of our software.
About iSolve
iSolve is a Swedish software company building tools for the construction and project-driven services industry. We have two web products, and they work together:
We’re a small, international team that ships quickly and works in English. We’re also building AI features on top of both products so customers can ask questions of their own data in plain language.
About the role
We’re growing our QA team and looking for a sharp, curious person to bring a discerning human eye to our testing. Our current testers are strong on automation and scripting — what we want to add now is someone who thinks critically, notices what others miss, and genuinely cares about getting the details right across both of our products.
This is a role where intelligence and work ethic matter far more than years on a CV. You don’t need prior testing experience. If you’re smart, hardworking, and want to learn, we will teach you the rest. We’re looking for long-term team members, not short stays — and for the right person, this is the start of a real career with excellent room to grow.
What you’ll do
• Explore our products the way a real user would — and the way a careful, skeptical user would
• Find the bugs, edge cases, and rough edges that automated tests don’t catch
• Write clear, precise reports that help our engineers reproduce and fix issues quickly
• Track recurring issues and confirm fixes hold up before they reach customers
• Work closely with our developers and automation testers to raise the overall quality bar
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field with strong grades — or equivalent ability you can demonstrate
• A sharp analytical mind and real attention to detail
• Excellent written English for communication and documentation
• A go-getter attitude and strong work ethic
Nice to have
• Excellent verbal English communication
• QA or software testing experience
• Experience with business systems related to accounting or invoicing
• An interest in construction or other project-based industries
What we offer
Would you like to be a part of an expanding Swedish company offering excellent opportunities and good benefits including:
• Extra paid leave
• Welcoming and supportive environment
• Remote working setup with occasional meetups
• Flexible time where the quality of your work is what matters
• Challenging and exciting projects
• Excellent advancement opportunities — we promote and reward based on ability and results, not tenure, and strong performers grow quickly in responsibility and pay
• Salary range: 1,000–2,000 USD/month depending on experience
• A team of colleagues who genuinely like working together
If you think you’re a good fit, we encourage you to apply!
