Area Sales Manager (New Vehicles) - Stellantis Madrid

Stellantis Spain is currently recruiting a high‑impact Zone Manager to boost New Vehicle Sales and accelerate dealer performance across our multi‑brand network.

Your impact

As Zone Manager (NV Sales), you will play a key role in driving sales performance and ensuring the effective implementation of commercial strategies within the dealer network.

What you will do

• Drive volume growth and market share across assigned retailers
• Activate dealer teams and ensure flawless execution of commercial actions
• Lead business reviews and transform KPIs into impactful sales actions
• Monitor and optimize stock rotation and accelerate sell out performance
• Support product launches, pricing actions and field marketing initiatives
• Strengthen customer experience and digital sales processes

What will help you succeed

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial roles within the automotive sector
• Strong field sales mindset and ability to influence dealer leadership
• Data driven, results oriented, and comfortable with fast paced environments
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Experience in a multi-brand or multinational environment is a plus
