We are looking for an Industrial Sales Manager to join our Industrial Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the execution of our global sales strategy.
About the Position
As an Industrial Sales Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers, distributors, and dealers across international markets. You will identify customer needs, provide value-driven solutions, and contribute to sustainable sales growth, customer satisfaction, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing industrial customers, distributors, and dealers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process, including quotations, order management, sales, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate customer requests and feedback with relevant internal departments.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and contribute to achieving business objectives.
- Support the implementation of industrial sales strategies and business development initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Build long-term customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial B2B sales.
- Previous experience in the coatings industry is preferred.
- Experience in managing distributors, dealers, and key customer accounts.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
