Role

The Assistant Designer brings Posh Peanut's signature aesthetic to life from the ground up. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Design team to translate creative vision into polished technical documents, keeping our seasonal collections moving efficiently from concept to production. If you're a detail-obsessed, software-savvy designer who loves being in the thick of a fast-moving fashion brand, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities:

• Lend daily support to the design team
• Flat Sketch / CADS in Illustrator
• Create Workmanship Guides
• Set up Styles/ Trim Codes in PLM
• Create/Manage initial BOMs / TechPacks in PLM
• Organize binders and file material library, trim library, quality standards
• Input and update data into PLM and excel docs as needed
• Assist in reviewing TOPS
• Perform additional support duties as assigned

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in a design or product development role
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design (or equivalent experience)
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Proficient in PLM software
• Microsoft Office Suite skills required
• Knowledge of Asana and Slack is a plus
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines at once
• Excited to roll up your sleeves and be part of a collaborative team where no task is too small or too big
