REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in label and art work review for food regulations and regulatory compliance.
• Gensis software experience.
• Knowledge of food labeling and FDA/USDA regulations.
• FDA Menu labeling experience.
• Food manufacturing experience.
• BS or equivalent experience in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science or Quality Assurance.
• BS or equivalent experience in food labeling.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $35/hr on w2.
