Key Requirements
10+ years in IT with strong ServiceNow development experience.
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro (Software Asset Management Pro).
Experience with Software Licensing, Compliance, Normalization, Reconciliation, and Publisher Packs.
Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, and Asset Lifecycle Management.
Expertise in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with SCCM/MECM, Tanium, Active Directory, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
Ability to develop dashboards, reports, and software compliance analytics.
Strong troubleshooting, optimization, and platform support experience.
