Content Manager

Our client, one of Canada's top luxury real estate company is looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team!

We're looking for a social media and content creator with a strong videography background to own social channels and produce compelling video content - from cinematic property walkthroughs to behind-the-scenes brand storytelling. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who loves being behind the camera as much as behind the editing software, and who understands how to make real estate content feel premium, current, and scroll-stopping.

What you'll be doing:

• Shooting + editing video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Capturing property walkthroughs, agent features, behind-the-scenes content
• Running and growing the socials (IG, TikTok, YouTube, FB, LinkedIn)
• Bringing strong creative vision to every shoot - composition, lighting, editing
• Keeping an eye on trends and staying ahead of what's working

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years creating social/video content, strong videography background
• A portfolio that shows your range and creative eye
• Self-starter who can manage shoots and deadlines independently
• Bonus: real estate, luxury, or lifestyle content experience
