About the Job:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team and craft exceptional user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. This is a non-negotiable requirement, and we’re specifically looking for candidates who have independently handled end-to-end design workflows and product thinking in fast-paced environments.

What we expect of you:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design across web and/or mobile products

• A strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates your design thinking, product understanding, and problem-solving approach

• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools

• Strong understanding of user behavior, usability principles, and interaction design

• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Ability to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, user-centric experiences

• Passion for UI/UX and a strong drive to continuously learn, improve, and stay updated with industry trends

• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and scalable design practices

• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices

• Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate closely with product and development teams to understand requirements and bring ideas to life

• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform and validate design decisions

• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Ensure seamless developer handoff through well-documented designs and specifications

• Contribute to and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and best practices across products

• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and user data

• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, applying them where relevant

• Assist in defining and improving the overall user experience strategy across products

• Take ownership of design problems independently and proactively suggest experience improvements across the product journey
