Work Location - Pune OnSite

Working Days - Monday to Friday

Designation: Product Designer

Reports to: Product Head

Principle Accountabilities

  • UX flows and wireframing
  • Visual Design for responsive web and app UI
  • To design flows and experiences that are delightful, intuitive, and elegant

Work Dimensions

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to deliver a world-class experience to our users.
  • Working cross-functionally across the organization
  • Monitoring user success and iterating on existing features and products

Work Context

  • Ability to work in the fast-paced work environment
  • Process Improvement: Continuously develop systems and processes.
  • Evaluate current processes, identify best practices, develop plans to reach goals, and implement improvements
  • Give feedback on product strategy and design work to continually push the level of quality on the team

Role Requirements

  • Preferred design degree from a reputable design institute
  • Excellent communication skills and a history of teamwork and collaboration
  • 3-5 years of experience with end-to-end product design
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates strong UX and visual design
  • Expertise with tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
  • Familiarity with back-end and front-end development terminology is a plus
