We're seeking a full-time marketing designer to join our in-house marketing team. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members and product managers to create compelling visual solutions that drive business results. This role requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards.
Key responsibilities
Our marketing designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining visual assets across all channels by way of the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Brand development. Create and maintain visual design elements that strengthen brand identity through marketing materials and promotional materials.
- Digital design. Design landing pages, web content, and digital marketing assets while brainstorming innovative design concepts for marketing campaigns.
- Visual communication. Develop infographics, layouts, and deliverables that effectively communicate complex information through digital design.
Qualifications and skills
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following creative talent and technical expertise points:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in design, visual communication, or related field.
- Work experience: 3-5 years of experience demonstrating strong design skills and a strong portfolio.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), typography principles, HTML/CSS, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Soft skills: Excellence in communication skills and problem-solving abilities with design software.
