This is a key leadership role supporting the Store Manager in building a high-performing team from day one, shaping a strong store culture, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving strong commercial results.
You'll be a visible leader on the shop floor, coaching and supporting the team daily, stepping up to lead in the Store Manager's absence, and helping ensure smooth operations across sales, stock, service, and standards. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and Regional Manager to deliver the strategy, hit performance targets, and keep the store running at its best.

As Deputy Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in creating an unforgettable customer experience and supporting your team to reach their full potential!
You'll help drive daily KPIs, support delivery of monthly plans, ensure excellent store standards, and contribute to smooth inventory and operational management. You'll also help build a positive, high-energy team culture by leading from the front and celebrating success.

We're looking for someone who can support and develop teams, drive performance, and help create a great store environment for both customers and colleagues.
You'll need:
This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends. The schedule consists of one full weekend off, one weekend on, one Saturday off, and one Sunday off within a 4-week cycle.
As part of your onboarding, you'll complete mandatory training including two days at our Store Support Centre in Gloucester and 4 to 8 weeks at one of our training stores. The timing and order of this training may vary.
