About the Role
Acts as an internal strategy advisor, providing structured problem-solving and strategic guidance across departments.
Responsibilities
- Develops and refines corporate, business, and operational strategies to support growth and efficiency.
- Conducts in-depth analysis on market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal performance metrics.
- Leads the evaluation and optimization of business models and new strategic initiatives.
- Supports development of short term and long-term strategies on several aspects (corporate, business / competitive, operational, functional, data/digital, transformation, etc.).
- Conducts research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
- Aligns departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
- Plans, implements, and monitors reporting on strategic initiatives and suggests recommendations for improvement.
- Manages and supports the creation of presentations, agendas, and materials to the Co-CEOs.
- Provides highly skilled management advice and assistance to the heads of departments and their teams.
- Assists them in identifying issues and using problem-solving skills (including root cause analysis) to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Generates documentation for all meetings & workshops conducted by executive management, as well as tracks delivery of follow-ups with related parties.
Transformation & Execution
- Drives end-to-end execution of strategic and transformation projects, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Works closely with stakeholders from Finance, Operations, IT, and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.
- Provides thought leadership and structure to complex challenges, balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals.
Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Translates complex data into actionable insights that inform business decisions.
- Develops executive-level reports and presentations for leadership, board meetings, and investor discussions.
- Develops KPIs, reporting and development of dashboards.
Corporate Events & Strategic Communication
- Prepares strategic content for corporate events, leadership forums, and investor meetings.
- Synthesizes business performance insights and industry trends into compelling presentations.
Performance Management
- Owns the OKR (Objectives & Key Results) framework, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Supports teams in setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and execution.
- Communicates regularly with the Country Heads and the CXOs on their projects.
- Provides them with the support required and reports the progress to the management team.
Qualifications
- 9+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or a related field.
- Strong commitment to deadlines and compliance with local regulations based on each operation.
- Flexibility with the travel, on an as needed basis depending upon the projects being supported.
- Familiarity with business operations.
- Interest in digital solutions and platforms.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with teams outside of direct authority.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading and mentoring a small team of data analysts.
Preferred Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven, structured approach.
- Excellent project management skills with experience handling multiple high-priority initiatives.
- Highly detail-oriented and able to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Presents findings, projections and recommended actions.
Pay range and compensation package
Master’s degree in Business or any similar field. Executive MBA is a plus. Ideally, a certified Member of Project Management Professional (PMP).
