The Landury Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for ensuring all processed garments meet established quality standards before dispatch. This role oversees final quality inspections, resolves any discrepancies, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to address and prevent quality-related issues.

  • Conduct final quality inspections to ensure all processed garments meet established quality standards before dispatch.
  • Verify item-level reconciliation by cross-checking processed garments against Order Management System (OMS) records.
  • Collaborate with partner facility supervisors to coordinate rework, resolve quality concerns, and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify recurring quality issues, analyze root causes, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Approve completed orders for dispatch, ensuring all quality and reconciliation requirements have been met.
  • Investigate damaged, defective, or missing items and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate daily quality assurance reports, tracking performance metrics and highlighting trends for continuous improvement.

What You'll Need

  • 2–5 years of experience in quality control or garment/laundry operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience working with third-party vendors or external partners is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage escalations effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
