What the role looks like.
You will run a full 360 rec2rec desk placing recruitment professionals into permanent roles across Australia and NZ. You will have the autonomy to build your own market, your own way, with all the tools and support you need to do it at the highest level.
Who we are looking for.
- Recruitment experience rec2rec experience is a bonus, not a must
- A billing track record and genuine hunger to go bigger
- Someone who thrives with autonomy and doesn't need their hand held
