We are looking for a Key Account Manager E-Trade EMEA (m/f/d) for the E-Trade EMEA department in Oberderdingen (remote work possible).
Key responsibilities:
Execute and continuously enhance the international e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives
Own the performance of European e-retailers and marketplaces (including Amazon), with responsibility for P&L management, KPI tracking, and the development and implementation of growth-driving initiatives
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships while leading contract, commercial, and pricing negotiations
Manage day-to-day account operations with a focus on assortment, pricing, availability, forecasting, and sell-out performance
Plan, launch, and optimize platform-specific marketing activities (including listings, content, campaigns and promotions) to drive visibility, traffic, conversion, and sales growth
Act as the channel expert and strategic sparring partner for BLANCO’s global sales organizations by providing best practices, expert guidance, and support in the development and execution of local growth initiatives
Manage budgets and collaborate with agencies and external service providers to ensure efficient execution and achievement of business objectives
Conduct data-driven analysis of market, competitive, channel, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Identify new platforms, technologies, and trends and develop corresponding growth strategies and initiatives
Initiate and lead cross-functional projects to further develop and expand the international e-commerce business
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a comparable qualification
5+ years of professional experience in international e-commerce, with a strong focus on managing e-retailers and marketplaces such as Amazon
Proven experience in Key Account Management, including the development and execution of commercial strategies, management of revenue, profitability, and budget targets, as well as contract and pricing negotiations
Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing retail media and performance marketing activities across major e-retailers and marketplaces
Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, relevant platforms, digital sales channels, and the key drivers of success along the customer journey
Sharp analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to translate data-driven insights into concrete growth initiatives
Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration with international teams, agencies, and external partners
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with confidence operating in an international environment
High level of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and a proactive, results-driven working style
Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and platform-specific interfaces
Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central is highly desirable
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
