Description

LEAD is a coaching business for agency founders. I work one to one with owners to get them out of day to day operations and build teams that deliver without them.

This is not a pooled or shared VA role. You work full time, with me, and only me. You keep everything moving: the inbox, the calls, the outreach, the follow up. I stay on sales and coaching. You run the rest. If you like owning a job end to end and being trusted to make it happen, read on.

What you will do

Email and inbox

  • Own my inbox. Triage what comes in, handle what you can, flag only what needs me.
  • Draft replies in my voice for approval, then send the ones I sign off.
  • Keep nothing sitting longer than it should. Chase replies and close loops.

Calls and phone

  • Answer and screen calls. Take clear messages and book what needs booking.
  • Protect my calendar. Schedule discovery calls and coaching sessions with no clashes.
  • Send confirmations and reminders so people turn up.

Outbound

  • Run outreach end to end: build the list, send the messages, follow up on time.
  • Track every conversation so nothing slips and no one gets messaged twice.
  • Keep the pipeline tidy so I always know where each lead stands.

LinkedIn

  • Run my LinkedIn day to day: connection requests, DMs, replies and follow ups.
  • Spot warm conversations and move them towards a booked call.
  • Support content: schedule posts, reply to comments, engage with the right people.
  • Keep my profile and activity sharp and consistent.

General admin

  • Light admin: documents, scheduling, data entry and simple research.
  • Keep my systems clean: CRM, trackers and files.
  • Flag problems early and bring a suggested fix, not just a question.

What good looks like

  • My inbox is under control and nothing important is missed.
  • Discovery calls get booked and the people booked actually show up.
  • Outreach goes out every working day and follow ups are never dropped.
  • I spend my time on sales and coaching, not admin.

Who you are

  • Fluent, confident written English. You can write in someone else's voice.
  • Comfortable on the phone and over email with people you have not met.
  • Genuinely strong on LinkedIn: outreach, DMs and engagement, not just posting.
  • Organised to the point of slightly obsessive. Nothing falls through.
  • Proactive. You move things forward without being chased.
  • Discreet and reliable. You are trusted with my inbox and my contacts.

Must have

  • Proven experience as a VA, in admin, or in sales support.
  • Hands on LinkedIn outreach experience, with examples you can share.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Reliable internet, a quiet space for calls and your own computer.
  • Available full time with strong overlap to UK working hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a coach, consultant or agency.
  • Comfortable with CRMs, schedulers and outreach tools.
  • Some copywriting or social media background.
