CIVIL SITE ENGINEER
Role Profile
Under the supervision of the Site Manager (Εργοταξιάρχης), this role is focused on overseeing and coordinating the execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and the proper implementation of plans, while maintaining smooth operations across all project phases.
Responsibilities
• Monitors and coordinates the construction of projects, ensuring the timely and proper implementation of the plans and the completion of tasks according to the schedules.
• Monitors the proper implementation of the construction plans by subcontractors and project teams.
• Prepares the preliminary measurements of the construction material quantities.
• Ensures compliance with safety protocols and coordinates the safe operation of subcontractor teams.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of materials from suppliers.
• Modify design plans and identify any errors in a timely manner.
• Collaborate directly with other site engineers, technicians, and project teams.
• Manage and document change orders.
• Resolve construction-related issues arising during execution.
• Participate in site meetings and coordinate project teams.
• Collaborate with Construction Director to control the measurements and certifications of subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (AEI or TEI).
• Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 8 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Experience in the construction of private projects - commercial and industrial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Proven ability to resolve practical, on-site construction issues.
• Demonstration of a methodical and accountable approach.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate outside Athens (within Greece) as needed.
SITE ARCHITECT – INTERIOR RENOVATIONS & FIT-OUT
Role Profile
Under the coordination and supervision of the Site Manager (Εργοταξιάρχης), the role holder will be responsible for translating the received design drawings into practical and buildable construction solutions, supporting site operations, and managing changes during construction (change orders).
Responsibilities
• Review, interpret, and evaluate architectural drawings received from the design team.
• Adapt designs into realistic and constructible solutions in accordance with site conditions.
• Support interior renovation and fit-out projects (offices, retail spaces, hotels, industrial projects, etc.).
• Manage and document change orders.
• Resolve construction-related issues arising during execution.
• Collaborate with project engineers and suppliers.
• Perform quality control of architectural works (finishes, materials, details).
• Monitor work progress and support the project schedule.
• Participate in site meetings and coordinate project teams.
• Collaborate with Construction Director to control the measurements and certifications of subcontractors and suppliers.

• Proven ability to resolve practical, on-site construction issues.
• Experience in managing changes during construction.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with site teams.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Ms Project, BIM.
• Knowledge of change cost evaluation and pricing procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to work on projects outside Athens will be considered an asset.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
