At Dr. Schär Turkey, we are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our commercial organization and drive sustainable growth across all channels.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall sales strategy in line with company objectives
- Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Manage and grow Key Accounts, including national and local retail chains
- Strengthen and expand the HORECA channel
- Lead business development initiatives to unlock new opportunities
- Oversee sales analytics, reporting, and forecasting, ensuring data-driven decisions
- Drive a strong business excellence mindset across all sales operations
- Collaborate closely with Production, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
- Ensure compliance with company standards, quality, and regulatory requirements
🎯 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 15 years of experience in FMGC (food)
- Strong background in key account management, channel management, and commercial strategy
- Proven track record of delivering sustainable growth
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical mindset with solid reporting experience
- Fluent in English is must
- Advanced MS Office skills
