🚀 We’re Hiring: Head of Sales | Dr. Schär Turkey

At Dr. Schär Turkey, we are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our commercial organization and drive sustainable growth across all channels.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall sales strategy in line with company objectives
  • Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Manage and grow Key Accounts, including national and local retail chains
  • Strengthen and expand the HORECA channel
  • Lead business development initiatives to unlock new opportunities
  • Oversee sales analytics, reporting, and forecasting, ensuring data-driven decisions
  • Drive a strong business excellence mindset across all sales operations
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, quality, and regulatory requirements

🎯 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in FMGC (food)
  • Strong background in key account management, channel management, and commercial strategy
  • Proven track record of delivering sustainable growth
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical mindset with solid reporting experience
  • Fluent in English is must
  • Advanced MS Office skills
