- Plan, manage, and monitor IT project phases and cross-organizational implementation processes.
- Analyze data, map workflows, and optimize operational processes to support system deployment.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams, business units, and external integration vendors.
- Track project KPIs, ensuring milestones are delivered on time and align with system requirements.
- Streamline processes and drive system performance improvements across the organization.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management – Mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, system implementation, or a closely related role – Mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills, tech-savvy mindset, and a solid understanding of information systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and top-notch time management.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business users.
