We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join one of our international clients and support the automation and modernization of infrastructure and platform services. In this role, you will design and develop scalable automation solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks, working closely with Infrastructure, Platform, Operations, and Development teams to drive a more efficient, secure, and software-defined operating model.
TASKS 🚀:
• Design and implement end-to-end automation pipelines (CI/CD) for infrastructure and platform services.
• Define infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles (e.g., Terraform for provisioning, Ansible for configuration.
• Develop and maintain pipeline integration (e.g., Bitbucket → Jenkins → Ansible → target systems)
• Integrate automation with enterprise systems (CMDB, ServieNow, identity, APIs, monitoring tools)
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and platform teams to standardize delivery models
• Support transition from traditional infrastructure management to policy-driven, declarative systems, etc.
• Establish and promote best practices, standards, and reusable frameworks to ensure consistent adoption across teams.
• Mentor engineers and stakeholders, acting as a technical advisor and change agent during the transformation from traditional infrastructure to automated platforms
• Create and maintain documentation to accelerate knowledge transfer and scalability.
• Foster a culture of automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across infrastructure and platform teams.
MUST HAVE
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Automation Engineering, Platform Engineering, or similar roles.
- Experience designing and implementing automation solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional infrastructure, platform, and development teams.
Technical Skills:
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
- Configuration Management: Ansible / Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
- CI/CD: Jenkins and Git (Bitbucket or similar)
- Scripting: PowerShell and/or Python
- Containers: Docker, OpenShift or Kubernetes
- API-driven automation and remote management protocols (SSH, WinRM)
- Basic administration of Windows and Linux environments
- Basic knowledge of virtualized infrastructures and cloud platforms
Core Competencies:
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and software-defined infrastructure.
- Ability to build modular, reusable, and version-controlled automation.
- Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and pipeline orchestration.
- Understanding of declarative and imperative automation approaches.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Security, compliance, and automation governance mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
NICE TO HAVE
- English level C1.
- Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, GitOps and ITIL.
- Experience with observability, monitoring or event-driven automation.
- Interest or experience in AI applied to IT Operations (AIOps, autonomous agents, intelligent automation).
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
SCHEDULE 🕘:
- 08h/09h - 17h/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
- Assistance to office twice per week during first 3 months, 1 day per week afterwards
