Content Manager (Brand, Growth & AI)

The Role

We’re looking for a Content Manager who sits at the intersection of content marketing, growth, and product marketing.

This is not a traditional content role. You’ll own how Product School shows up across the internet—from social media to email to SEO—and shape the voice of the brand at scale.

This role is ideal for someone who is AI-native, highly creative, and equally comfortable thinking about brand positioning and performance.

What You’ll Own

Brand & Messaging

  • Define and elevate Product School’s voice across all channels
  • Own copy across the board: website, lifecycle emails, landing pages, and campaigns
  • Ensure consistency and clarity in how we position our offerings

Social Media & Distribution

  • Run and scale all social media channels (including CEO presence)
  • Develop content strategies that drive engagement and growth
  • Repurpose content from podcasts, events (ProductCon), and internal materials

Content Engine (SEO + AEO)

  • Own blog strategy, SEO, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
  • Optimize content for both traditional search and AI-driven discovery
  • Identify opportunities to turn existing content into high-performing assets

Growth Content & Lead Gen

  • Develop and launch lead magnets (case studies, one-pagers, guides, etc.)
  • Partner with marketing to support acquisition and conversion goals
  • Continuously test and iterate on content performance

AI-First Content Creation

  • Use AI tools to accelerate content production, ideation, and optimization
  • Build lightweight workflows to scale output (no heavy engineering required)
  • Stay ahead of trends in AI content and distribution

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience across content marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing
  • Strong English writing and editing skills (native or near-native)
  • Proven ability to own and scale content across multiple channels
  • Experience managing or contributing to social media strategy
  • Familiarity with SEO and emerging AEO best practices
  • Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day workflow (AI-first mindset)
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus
  • Ability to think both strategically (brand) and tactically (execution)
