The person in this role will act as a key architectural reference for the design, scalability, governance, and operability of Agentic AI systems, ensuring enterprise-grade solutions that enable secure integration, observability, cost efficiency, and interoperability across multiple platforms and business domains. The role can be based in one of Stellantis hubs in Brazil, including Morumbi (São Paulo), Betim (MG), Goiana (PE), or Porto Real (RJ).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and evolve reference architectures for single-agent and multi-agent systems;

• Design scalable and reusable Agentic AI patterns aligned with security, compliance, and performance requirements;

• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of the Agent Gateway, ensuring integration, interoperability, and secure access;

• Define global MCP architecture, including lifecycle, governance rules, and multi-agent tracing mechanisms;

• Establish observability standards, including logs, metrics, traces, and monitoring strategies;

• Design cost-aware architectures and contribute to FinOps practices for AI systems;

• Define and enforce security, authentication, and governance standards for agents, tools, and data usage;

• Provide technical leadership, reviewing architectures and contributing to internal standards and governance forums.

REQUIREMENTS:

We expect you to have:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, distributed systems, or platform engineering, with at least the last 2 years focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI), including LLM-based and/or Agentic AI systems;

• Strong experience in distributed systems architecture and cloud-native environments;

• Deep understanding of API-based integrations and platform interoperability;

• Hands-on experience with AI agents, tool-augmented systems, and multi-agent orchestration;

• Solid knowledge of LLM-based systems and Agentic AI patterns in production environments;

• Experience with observability architectures (logs, metrics, traces) and cost management (FinOps) in AI systems;

• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity propagation in enterprise environments, including collaboration with security teams;

• Familiarity with MCP and agent-to-agent (A2A) communication protocols;

It will be considered a plus if you have:

• Experience with platforms such as Databricks, ServiceNow, Copilot Studio, or Snowflake;

• Advanced understanding of agent lifecycle, reasoning, and orchestration patterns;

• Experience contributing to governance or architecture boards;
