🌍 About the Company:

We've partnered with a global B2B SaaS company entering a major technical transformation. With a legacy enterprise platform and a launched cloud product, the focus is now on accelerating cloud migration and modernizing the tech stack as they go into their next phase of scale.

🎯 The Role:

Lead ~120 people across Engineering, QA, Architecture & Tech and drive a multi-year transformation to:

☁️ Migrate majority of customers from legacy to cloud

🛠 Modernize a highly customized B2B SaaS platform

🤖 Embed AI capabilities

📈 Elevate engineering standards & delivery maturity

👥 Strengthen and evolve inherited teams

You'll be both strategic + hands-on - you'll be able to challenge architecture and code quality (despite not coding daily).

✅ Ideal Profile:

• Strong B2B SaaS background
• Proven legacy → cloud transformation experience
• AI experience commercially is a must have.
• Managed senior engineering organizations of at least 50+ people.
• Experience with Azure, JavaScript, C#, TypeScript preferred.
