Senior Project Manager

You will be part of our Delivery organization, working closely with Architects, Technical Consultants, and customer stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with SoftwareONE’s delivery standards.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of customer projects, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, timelines, budget, and quality. You will play a critical role in driving governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence while contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities,

• Lead projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality in line with delivery governance standards
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, internal teams, and external partners
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear accountability across all workstreams
• Track progress, manage risks and issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagements and support business growth

Job Requirements

Strong experience in managing IT, cloud, or digital transformation projects

Proven ability to lead complex customer engagements in a services-driven environment

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interactions

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical and commercial stakeholders

Knowledge of project governance, financial tracking, and delivery management practices
