As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, you will play a key role in driving adoption of Microsoft Copilot and delivering intelligent automation solutions across the organisation.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the adoption of Microsoft Copilot capabilities across the organization, including Copilot Premium, and Copilot Studio.
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions, including AI Agents using Copilot Studio.
- Identify and prioritize business use cases for automation and AI-driven improvements.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate, Azure Automation, and Python.
- Integrate applications and services using APIs, connectors, and middleware.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
- Deliver proof of concepts (PoCs) and production-ready solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement solutions.
- Support user adoption through training and guidance.
- Maintain documentation, process flows, and technicaldesigns.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security standards, and IT best practices.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
- Perform other job-related tasks as required.
- Occasional international travel is expected (a few times per year).
Your skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in automation, development, or Power Platform roles.
- Strong experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, including Copilot Studio.
- Hands-on experience building AI Agents and AI-driven workflows isrequired.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and system connectivity.
- Good knowledge of Azure services (Automation, Logic Apps, Functions or similar).
- Experience with Python or similar programminglanguage.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and operating within formal support and change management frameworks.
