Position Overview
Samirian Chemicals is seeking a highly organized Remote Administrative & HR Coordinator to support our operations across the Gulf Coast. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a virtual environment and understands the fast-paced nature of the industrial chemical and energy sectors.
You will serve as the primary administrative and HR anchor for our distributed team, ensuring that our personnel—from sales to field operations—have the professional support, benefits, and guidance they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities1. Remote Administrative Coordination
● Regional Logistics: Manage complex scheduling and travel arrangements for a mobile workforce across the Gulf Coast region.
● Document Management: Maintain a centralized, digital filing system for corporate documents, contracts, and regional operational records.
● Vendor / Customer Relations: Remotely manage relationships with office-related vendors, service providers, and customers across the region.
● Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries, ensuring information flows smoothly between remote team members and leadership.
2. HR & Employee Support
● Digital Onboarding: Facilitate the end-to-end remote onboarding process, from offer letter generation to equipment procurement and digital document verification.
● Employee Liaison: Serve as a dedicated resource for employee questions regarding company policies, holiday schedules, and general HR procedures.
● Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives to keep the distributed team connected, including internal newsletters, virtual team-building events, and service awards.
3. Benefits & Payroll Management
● Benefits Administration: Manage the annual open enrollment process and serve as the daily liaison between employees and insurance providers for health, dental, and life insurance.
● Timekeeping & Payroll Support: Audit digital timesheets for accuracy, ensuring correct coding for regular hours, overtime, and per diems.
● Records Compliance: Maintain secure, audit-ready digital employee files, ensuring all personnel actions are documented in accordance with labor standards.

Industry Experience
Preferred: 2+ years in an administrative/HR capacity within the Oilfield, Industrial Chemical, or Energy sectors.
Location
Must reside in a Gulf Coast state (TX, LA, MS, AL, or FL) to align with regional operations.
Tech Proficiency
Expert-level use of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, Outlook), NetSuite is a must have
HR Foundations
Strong knowledge of benefits administration, payroll cycles, and multi-state HR workflows.
Confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive personnel and corporate information with high discretion.
